Ski Town Coffee keeps this simple. Here is what our website forms collect, why, and where it goes. Last updated October 15, 2026.
What our forms collect
The contact form collects your name, email, your message and the topic you pick. Phone number is optional. The newsletter form collects your name and email.
Each form also records the page you were on and, if you arrived from a link or ad, the campaign tags in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid). We use those tags only to learn which link brought you to us. They are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your message. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email to send shop updates such as new drinks and seasonal specials.
Where it goes
Form submissions go to our customer management system, GoHighLevel. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
The contact form has an optional checkbox for text messages about your inquiry. It is unchecked by default. If you check it, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Analytics
We plan to use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It will be turned on when the site launches. It is cookieless.
Other services
The map on our location page loads from Google only when you press the button to show it. The Order ahead link takes you to our ordering page on Toast, which has its own privacy practices.
